What is my username and password to log in to the TV app?

-When you sign up, you will be asked to provide your email as username and will need to create your own password.

Why does it ask me for a pin number to log in to the NuGen TV app?

-The pin numbers found in your Account Settings or the activation email will be utilized for easy access to your account from multiple devices.

Where is the Parental Code?

-The Parental Code is located in Account Settings or in the email NuGen TV sends you once your account is set up completely.

How do I pay after my free 48 hour trial has ended?

-When you sign up for the free trial, we do request credit card or payment info. Your payment information is deleted if the service is deactivated after the trial. If you decide to continue with our services, we will use that payment information to set up the month-to-month payments.

How is my payment renewed each month?

-When you create an account with NuGen TV, you also supply your payment information. This is saved to your profile and the payment will be made automatically each month.

What forms of payment are accepted?

-We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

Am I required to sign up for a yearly contract?

-No annual contracts are required. Our service is provided on a month-to-month basis.

Do you need a credit check in order to purchase any of the packages?

-Absolutely no credit checks are required. We want our viewers to enjoy our services as much as possible, and that includes financial privacy.

What devices does the NuGen TV app work on?

-The following devices and browsers are all compatible with NuGen TV services.

How many devices can I use at one time?

-The number of devices depends on the monthly service you purchase. At a minimum, streaming is offered for at least four devices at one time. A premium package offers streaming for eight devices at one time.

Can a friend use my account?

-Just like many other streaming services, your account can be used by multiple users. NuGen TV respects the privacy of every customer, therefore we will not be able to share your account information to anyone without your permission. Since payment information is saved in your account for monthly payments, we do discourage sharing any sensitive information and cannot be held liable for any damages you receive by sharing your own account information with others.

What do I do if I am receiving an error code?

-First, try to reboot the app or webpage on your device. Make sure the error is not due to a malfunction with the device and make sure the internet connection is still connected. If the connection is lost, please contact your internet service provider. In order to provide the best service possible, The NuGen TV provides around the clock customer service in the event that there is an issue with any of our services.

What is the best way to reach customer service?

-Fill out a query on our Contact Us page or at the bottom of our main home page. A customer service representative will promptly reply to your question and offer top-notch solutions for any of your concerns.

Once you log into your account, the main menu should be the first screen you see. It serves as the default home page for your account and will maintain genre, channel, or TV preferences based on your previous viewing session.

There is a section for TV Channels, Movies, TV Shows, and of course Settings. Each section will have its own menu with options to choose from. There is also a search box located on each page for easy location of the program you want to watch.

What internet speed is recommended for NuGen TV?

-The recommended internet speed for NuGen TV is 25MB. Lower speeds are still perfectly capable of providing our top notch services, but 25MB is much better quality overall.

What does it mean when I see “No Video Input”?

-This may be due to several factors: internet service, the TV channel experiencing maintenance, the timing of live programming (like news events or sporting events) or it can be any number of things. If there is an issues that you know is not due to your internet connection, please reach out to our customer service professionals and they will assist you right away.

How do I put in my pin for the Parental Codes?

-You can access the Parental Codes from your Account Settings page. There, you can view it or change it as needed. The code is also included in the registration email from NuGen TV. Once you have updated your settings, you can find the channels that require parental controls. The channel’s page will have a selection for Parental Codes. When that is selected, the screen will prompt you to enter the code. Once you leave that page and log out, any time you try to view that channel again the Parental Code prompt
will appear.

What if the show or movie I want to watch is not available?

-We’re glad you asked. This is the most common question we receive. All you need to do is contact customer service and request the program you are looking for. Within a few days, that program will be added to the available content on our website.
